Refund policy
Everything we ship from our warehouse is brand new, just as we received it from the manufacturer.
Given the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We do this for the safety and care of our customers, so please select your items carefully. For example, if you select the wrong size or color of an item, it cannot be exchanged for something different.
We want to make sure you have a properly working product, so in the event you have a defective item, it can be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of purchase or for the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty, whichever is greater. Items purchased online must be accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation or the packing slip.
When sending your toy back, please make sure it has been thoroughly cleaned. For the health and safety of our staff, any items that appear used extensively, older, and/or not cleaned properly will be refused and sent back to you.
When we receive your package, we'll inspect and test your item. If we determine that your toy is defective, we'll send you a same-item replacement. In the event we find your toy is working correctly, we'll send it back to you.
If you have an unopened package that needs to be returned for another reason, please contact us via customer@shopsedure.com.
For a Return Authorization, email customer@shopsedure.com. We typically respond to emails within one business day.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes arise, and you need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy allows our customers to cancel their orders under certain conditions.
If you wish to cancel your order, please make the request as soon as possible. Your order can be canceled the same day that the order was made. After that day, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled as we strive to package and ship items in a timely manner. We will refund the full purchase price if your order has not yet been processed.
If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will refund the full purchase price within five working days. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few additional business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
